It takes more than 4 days do to investigations, so it says in the FAQ. On top of that 2 days of weekend coming up. Which is quite frustrating.

I can only hope that they will reactivate my account next week. If not they will give me some sort of reply, and then I would do what needs to be done.

I'm a big fan of your work. Im upset that DA knocked you off considering that people like myself have full on fuck pics on DA and no one says anything or censors them. At least here you can do what you want and make your art as beautiful as you can.

Yes I know, but somehow that pic got misunderstood, it doesn’t fall in to their restriction guidelines, and what worse just for them to respond takes up to four days.

think of it this way. even if you do come back with a different account. people will hunt it down due to there being a sceen cap of you saying you would come back with a different one. I think its best for you to do a ban appeal rather than go to an alternant. i would hate seeing you do something immature and stupid. you have great art talent and i think you sould use it for something different(not saying you sould stop drawing ponies, but instead do something a bit less...dirty).

I did a ban appeal. And I hope it will work. Creating a new account I have to be extra careful, Even if they do get a screen cap they still need to prove it.

Do you have backup plan in worst case scenario (not being unbanned, alt-accounts being hunted down)? It would be shame loosing one of most (if not THE most) show-accurate pony artist.

Sorry but they will NOT lift a permaban even if you fight it. Your artwork was and is considered adult. The site is not for adult artwork. You said in your description you wanted to add naughty bits. This (to them) implies you would in fact start posting art WITH the bits exposed. I dealt with this kidna thing before on DA sorry but you should post your work on a site like furaffinity or inkbunny NOT deviant art.

When I worked on that drawing I knew the rules about fluids and and things like that, and I know sweat and saliva isn’t part of those rules. I’m only could wish it can me quickly resolved, I hate waiting weeks.

Will you be able to create a pic of Cadance wearing a sweater, panties and stockings?

I already done Twilight, and since the DA is banned me it will have to wait till this problem is resolved. Please be patient. Then there will be Luna and Twilight, I still don’t know the theme. After that CMC, wanted to do that for very long time now. And after all of that I’m thinking Cadence.
